A Coldstream Border Guard is a soldier in one of the most famous British Guard Regiments, their battle honours are legendary. They were first raised at Coldstream in Berwickshire, one of the Scottish countries bordering England and today the Coldstream Guards are seen guarding the Queen at Buckingham Palace and on ceremonial occasions.
